HEARTFELT STORY CIRCLE FAQS

HeartFelt Story Circle — Frequently Asked Questions

The HeartFelt Story Circle is a warm, supportive membership space created to help heart-led business owners tell authentic stories about their work, connect more deeply with their audience and market themselves in a way that feels sustainable and aligned.

It's part strategy, part storytelling support, part community, part energetic practice, designed for people who want their marketing to feel more human, more aligned and meaningful and less performative.

At its core, the Circle exists to help you build a bridge between what's in your heart and what's on the page. To understand that being you? Is the strategy.

You can explore the main membership page here:

  • Not at all.

The Circle is specifically designed to support people who:

    • overthink content

    • don’t know what to say

    • feel awkward online

    • struggle with consistency

    • feel disconnected from polished marketing culture

Felt’s entire approach is rooted in authenticity over perfection.

You do not need to be polished, highly visible or “good at content” to belong here.

  • That’s completely okay.

The Circle is built with the understanding that members are running businesses, caring for people, navigating energy fluctuations and wearing many hats.

All live sessions are recorded and uploaded into the membership portal, alongside bonus resources and supporting materials, so you can revisit the content in your own time and at your own pace.

The space is designed to support sustainable participation rather than perfection or constant attendance.

You’re welcome to engage in the way that feels supportive for you.

  • No.

Personal storytelling can be powerful, but it should always feel aligned and safe.

Felt teaches that authenticity does not require oversharing.

The goal is not forced vulnerability — it’s genuine communication.

    As Felt explains:

“The most effective posts are no longer polished. They’re imperfect and real… and coming from a genuine place.”

You choose your level of visibility and sharing.

  • That’s incredibly normal.

The Circle is built to support people in finding rhythms that actually work for them, rather than forcing rigid consistency.

    The focus is:

    • sustainable communication

    • storytelling over perfection

    • reconnecting with your voice

    • building trust gradually

    • visibility that supports wellbeing

  • No — and this is something Felt speaks about often.

While AI can support process and amplification, Felt believes:

“No one can tell your story, deliver your perspective, express your unique energy. Like you.”

The Circle supports members to strengthen their own voice and communication, rather than sounding generic or automated.

  • For Felt, intuitive practice means learning to listen inward alongside outward strategy. To start to trust your own 'inner compass' in this space.

    Creating space to notice:

    • what feels good

    • what feels a bit sticky but courageous (that's a YES)

    • What DOES NOT feel good

    • How to honour your natural rhythms and energy

    • the stories that could be told

    • the ways you best connect with people

    • what supports your wellbeing long-term

    It’s about integrating:

    strategy x alignment

    systems x authentic storytelling

    practical action x gut feel

Inside the HeartFelt Story Circle, this intuitive side of the work may include:

    • heart coherence practices

    • guided visualisation

    • reflective journalling

    • HeartMath nervous system tools

    • Tarot readings and symbolic reflection

    • seasonal and energetic check-ins

    • storytelling from lived experience

    • creating content from connection rather than pressure

These practices are offered gently and invitationally - members are always encouraged to engage in ways that feel aligned and supportive for them personally.

You do not need to identify as spiritual or “woo” to belong in the space. The approach is grounded, thoughtful and centred around self-awareness, creativity, nervous system support and authentic communication.
