Our Rooms

(Currently fully tenanted)

Our rooms are perfect for solo practitioners or micro practice needing a professional, lovely, warm and calm space - in a sought after village with parking, cafes and retail on your doorstep - without the commitment of a full tenancy.

  • ✨ Room 1.  - Your own consult and office space

    With space for 1:1 appointments and your ideal desk set-up

    ✨ Room 2. - Your own treatment room

    Set up to suit the tenant with massage table or styled for 1:1 classes, Coaching or readings

    Current tenants at 127b, apart from Felt, include Yoga Therapist Adelaide Yoga Therapy, Brand Storytellers and Digital Content Agency Felt (of this site) and Reiki Practitioner, Authentic Self.

    • 2 Consult/office spaces for 2-5 days per week - exclusive use

    • Access to Workshop space for meetings, classes or Workshop sessions - exclusive use on agreed days included

    • Amenities; including Wifi, power, Tea Tonic herbal tea, full kitchen facilities + storage space

    • Marketing via our instagram @feltworkshopspace and as part of the Goodwood Road Traders Association via @goodwoodroad

    • 1 dedicated carpark

  • 2 days: $275 / week +gst

    3 days: $350 / week +gst

    4 days: $450 / week +gst

    5 days: $500 / week +gst

    All inclusive. Invoice payable 1st of the month.

Workshop Space

Looking for a space to host your next Workshop, Masterclass, meeting or small yoga/ pilates / wellbeing class?

Our beautiful space is in the heart of the Goodwood Road precinct, with great amenities on the doorstep, and is lovely, warm and nurturing for business looking for an occasional hire option.

Available weeknights, Saturdays and Sundays only. From 2 hours to a full day, it’s up to your needs!

    • Shop space, set up for sit-down meetings/ Workshops up to 10 people

    • Or bring your own mats and host Yoga, Pilates or general wellbeing classes for up to 8

    • Amenities, including crockery, glassware, water, Tea Tonic tea and access to kitchen facilities

  • Please note, bookings 2 hours minimum

    • 2 hours: $100

    • 3 hours: $140

    • Half day: $175 (max 4 hours)

    • Full day: $350 (max 8 hours)
