All Social Media Management or Executive Support starts with a Social Media Strategy. This includes a full Strategy document and an initial 2 sessions with our team for onboarding, 1:1 story deep dive and connection.
A strategy with Felt is a research project that includes a real deep dive into your story (including our 1:1 Story Session, ensuring we truly ‘know’ your story before writing strategy and for authentic digital rollout and comment response), a social accounts health check and triage plus persona work and the establishment of content packets (or pillars) for framing an authentic story thread.
Account onboarding week, ongoing advice, ‘mini-masterclasses’ and trouble-shooting queries, as needed, are also covered in this initial fee.
