BANANA BREAD (dF/gF/SF)

 A few years experimentation led us to this dense, moist B. bread with a great crumb. A favourite with kids wee and tall, especially those who cant (and shouldn’t be) eating the Café stuff!

BLUEBERRY & VANILLA MUFFINS(dF/gF/SF)

  Made with a blend largely comprised of nutrient dense Buckwheat flour and Bibba fruit sweetener – our muffins are a fibre punch to say the least. Muffins need to be eaten in around 2 days (sugar is an amazing preservative and without it and all the other additives, food simply doesn’t last long. Period). However the muffins freeze & reheat well (they take about 8 – 10 mins in a pre-warmed oven).

  Our Choc Chia Snap Bikkies can be made in bulk and will last for several weeks when stored in glass or tin. Recipe ingredients can be doubled for a larger batch as well but the below quantities will still give around 30 bikkies which should, HOPEFULLY, see you through the week!

  These are DEAD EASY one pot wonders and delicious. They fool even the most hardened sugarophile. We think its probably something to do with the lure of the cupcake – who doesn’t love them?!    This batter can also be made as a single cake and eaten with your cream of choice!
